Description & Requirements
Functions:
- Develop and innovate new Food technologies focused on the new market tendencies and pipeline construction.
Evaluate the best raw materials and ingredients that comply with KH quality- price and sensory standards to formulate or reformulate
Detonate the creation of new ingredients and semi-elaborated in Agile/SAP.
Establish physicochemical standards and ranges to ensure the same quality and taste in all of the products avoiding critical ingredient addition.
Document any process change- reformulation of supplier change through the established process
Design and elaborate formulations based on the current local and international nutritional regulations such as;
NOM051- NOM131-NOM002- NOM008- NOM086- NOM050 FDA (US FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION) KOSHER ORTHODOX UNION HALAL
- Specification Approval and Maintenance
Create new specifications of new ingredients that comply with KH quality standards
Review and validate supplier’s documentation to ensure no food safety concerns
Ensure the correct workflow of approval of the specifications through AGILE matching information with SRS
Document any change or update in the specification.
Conduct the training of the element and the process to create or modify an espec.

Co-lead (TPL) with marketing function all activities in HBMP and PMO to ensure project launch OTIF.

Experience:
More than 2 years in research and development- FSQ or quality or technical background (preferably in systems administration and documentation). Goal-oriented- communication- teamwork- project management and self-management skills.
Desirable: SAP experience- digital systems and/or spec management systems.
Competencies (experiences/ Education):
Food engineer/chemist- biochemical engineer- biotechnologist or similar.
